Summary

Yue Chen meditates with a jade ring, experiencing a painful backlash when he probes its secrets. After dropping blood on it, he discovers it is a Xumi Jie, a miraculous space capable of storing items. He realizes it cannot manipulate living beings and contemplates how to escape the temporal realm. Later, he encounters an elderly woman and uses lightning to silence her. A few days later, while studying a mysterious bronze coin, he learns it cannot be stored in Xumi Jie. Jiao Jiao, disguised as a peasant, enters, and they discuss their plans to return to their world. Yue Chen expresses concern for her safety and offers protection against a threatening figure.
