Summary

Lu Chen walks through a dark courtyard, reflecting on his bond with Yi Xin, a girl who has brought warmth to his otherwise cold existence. He finds her lying motionless on the ground, and upon discovering her alive but weak, he feels immense relief. Yi Xin, unaware of her injuries, expresses confusion and fatigue. As Lu Chen carries her away, he reassures her, but his own emotional turmoil surfaces as he struggles to maintain composure. Yi Xin notices his tears and questions him, leading to a poignant moment where she expresses her disappointment about not reaching her dreams before her voice fades.
