Summary

A fierce battle unfolds at the Jade Cliff as a group of spiritual cultivators from small families, allied with a greedy Master, attack using the Huicheng Fire Crossbow. However, their assault triggers the powerful protective formation, which retaliates with devastating thunder and lightning, annihilating many of the attackers. The Master, frustrated by the unexpected losses and his tarnished reputation, confronts Chu Tian, who reveals the truth about a young girl named Baihe, whom the Master had exploited for her family's alchemical inheritance. Chu Tian uses the protective formation's capabilities to expose the Master's deceit, leaving the Master in shock and despair as he realizes the consequences of his actions.
