Summary

The chapter begins with Shizuka feeling paralyzed after a meal with her ex-husband, Bei Tiao Tuo Hai, who reveals his sinister intentions to use her for his own gain. As she transforms into something inhuman due to a corruption poison, Bei Tiao Tuo Hai undergoes a dark transformation himself. Just as he plans to take her, Nagayama Yuuzuru appears unexpectedly, confronting Bei Tiao Tuo Hai and overpowering him. Yuuzuru discovers that the corruption is linked to an outer god and decides to take action. After defeating Bei Tiao Tuo Hai, he returns to his shrine with Shizuka, who is on the verge of succumbing to the corruption. Yuuzuru uses a golden light spell to cleanse her, restoring her humanity.
