Summary

In this chapter, Orson finds himself in an embarrassing situation after a mysterious new nun seems to interrupt a gathering where he and others are counting their sins. Just as he feels overwhelmed, a familiar figure in a nun's outfit, Exusiai, appears and rescues him by dragging him away to a warehouse. Exusiai reveals that she overheard their conversation and had come to help after gaining access to an emergency contact system. The mood shifts when Exusiai expresses her anger at Orson for not trusting her and not including her in their plans. Orson sincerely apologizes for this oversight. However, their moment is interrupted when they accidentally share a kiss, stemming from an intense, unexpected attraction seemingly triggered by a “halo” effect from Orson's Chimera strength. As Texas tries to reach them over the intercom, Exusiai retreats into confusion after the kiss, covering up the incident as an accident.
