Summary

The Nibi City Gym is a magnificent place led by a Pokémon trainer where winning against gym trainers grants a badge. Collecting eight different gym badges allows participation in the regional league tournament. Zhou Yang and friends met Guo Xiang, who led them to the Nibi Gym. Zhi had the strongest desire to participate in the tournament, dreaming of becoming the greatest Pokémon master. Xiao Gang, the Nibi City Gym trainer, battled Zhi, using a giant rock snake, which defeated Zhi's Picachu. Guo Xiang asked who's next, and Naruto volunteered, introducing himself as the future Hokage from the Ten Thousand Worlds Tower. Xiao Gang explained the rules of the Pokémon battle, emphasizing that trainers are not allowed to enter the battle arena, including the airspace above it. The rules also state that if a Pokémon is injured, the trainer can replace it, and if a trainer's Pokémon is unable to battle, they can choose to surrender.
