Summary

Tang Wu Lin observes a fierce battle between a team of seven Soul Scholars and a powerful pack of flame magic lions, including several thousand-year-old lions. He recognizes the Soul Scholar team's underestimation of their opponents and decides to wait before intervening, as their true goal is to gain spiritual energy rather than risk lives. As the battle intensifies, the team suffers casualties, leaving only three members, including a strong young man and a female scholar, to fend off the remaining lions. Just as the situation appears dire, Tang Wu Lin and his partner Xu Xiao Yan launch a surprise attack, using blue vines to entangle the lions and provide the young man with a crucial opportunity to strike back, turning the tide of the battle.
