Summary

An Zheng, burdened by the Against The Heavens seal, juggles responsibilities at the Tian Ji Great Hall and the Martial Academy while dealing with the emotional fallout from recent events. Concerned for Ding Ning Dong, who has isolated herself following family tragedies, he ventures to find her. Upon arrival, he discovers her in a disturbing state, conversing with manifestations of her deceased family members, which deeply unsettles him. Zhuge Chou Yun reveals that Ding Ning Dong has sealed the courtyard with a deadly poison, the withered blood vine, which is draining her life force. Time is running out, and despite Zhuge's efforts, hope seems slim as Ding Ning Dong expresses her desire for peace among her brothers, revealing her conflicted feelings towards An Zheng.
