Summary

Upon returning to Shou Chun City, Gui Bu Gui learns that Guang Xiao, now abbot of Xin Jue Temple, has been confined by Kasyapa. Gui Bu Gui doubts Guang Xiao's intentions and suspects he hides something beneath the temple. To investigate, he sends his son Bai Wu Qiu to distract Guang Xiao. Meanwhile, the old man devises a plan involving Wu Mian to uncover what lies below. As tensions rise, they bet on whether magical artifacts are hidden there, while Wu Mian and Bai Wu Qiu express concerns about the risks involved. Ultimately, they suspect two Masters of the Tower are trapped underground, complicating their efforts. Amidst humor and intrigue, the relationships and past ties of the characters intertwine, leading to unresolved tensions regarding Guang Xiao's true motives.
