Summary

Su Jin Nian, Lin Yu Xuan, and Shen Mi Ren investigate strangers in their town, suspecting a masked mastermind. They follow footprints into the eerie woods, overhearing the strangers discuss their failures and plans. After a narrow escape, they observe the strangers at an inn, finding incriminating letters. Confronted by the innkeeper, they discover links to a wealthy merchant, Master Li, who is conducting illegal activities. They set a trap to expose him, leading to his arrest. The town regains peace, and the trio's efforts become legendary, reminding everyone to stay vigilant against future threats.
