Summary

Zero finds himself in a dense, elemental-rich forest, realizing it is a demi-plane with immense power. Despite his technological prowess, he discovers that his mysterious abilities are suppressed here. After exploring the area, he decides to fly high to locate the boundary of the forest. Seven days later, he encounters two human mages engaged in combat. After observing their evenly matched fight, Zero seizes the opportunity to incapacitate both and uses a technological soul-searching technique to uncover the truth about this world.
