Summary

Zhang Ye woke up to the sound of his alarm clock and was greeted by Dong Shan Shan, who had made him a delicious breakfast. He gave her a spare house key and she handed it over, telling him to eat quickly. As he ate, he complimented her on her cooking, and she smiled charmingly. After she left for work, Zhang Ye noticed a familiar numbness in his ankle, signaling that the red thread had lost its effect. He was relieved that it had lasted for over half a day and was satisfied with the results it had achieved, including the fact that Dong Shan Shan was now living with him. Zhang Ye went to work, confident in his ability to create a new program for the network television department. He presented his plan to the director, who was impressed with his initiative and creativity. Zhang Ye then proposed another idea for a program, a Talk-Show, but struggled to explain what it was to the director.
