Summary

Wang Feng and his companions visit a bank to withdraw 1,000,000, intending to confront Liu Xing Guang, the secretary of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce, who had previously demanded money from them. Upon arrival, they find Liu's lavish office and confront him about the money. Liu, initially hostile, quickly becomes eager when he realizes they are delivering cash. However, Wang Feng reveals that they are actually setting him up, recording the encounter to expose his corrupt practices. A confrontation ensues, culminating in Wang Feng overpowering Liu, who realizes too late the gravity of his actions.
