Summary

Shao Liu Er returns home troubled by recent family events, including her elder brother's imprisonment and the poisoning of relatives. She learns from Tan Yao Xian that he plans to leave and wants to see her one last time. Despite being watched by servants, she devises a plan to escape by using sleeping powder on them. With the help of Lu Sheng Zhong, she gathers the necessary items and successfully disguises herself to leave the magistrate's residence. After a tense journey, she escapes in a carriage, filled with excitement and anticipation for her meeting with Tan Yao Xian.
