Summary

Guang Xiao kept his son close to monitor him, as Kasyapa had confined him. During a rare initiation ceremony at Xin Jiao Temple, Bai Wu Qiu, a simpleton, caused chaos by stripping and demanding to be shaved bald. Despite his antics, Guang Xiao continued teaching his disciples. Bai Wu Qiu later disrupted an evening lesson with food, leading to his loud snores. Amidst these events, a fire broke out at Bai Ti Lu Temple, resulting in the abbot's removal and Guang Xiao's growing reputation. Despite Kasyapa's attempts to recommend others, Guang Xiao's past intrigued the emperor, leading to further recommendations for him as abbot.
