Summary

Kobayashi takes a break from his usual dungeon activities to enjoy the Monster Festival with his maid, Liu Zi. He feels guilty for neglecting her and wishes to make it up to her. As they leave for the festival, they encounter A Ni Ya, a catgirl who asks Kobayashi to deliver a wallet to a friend. Meanwhile, in a tavern, goddesses Loki and Freya engage in a tense conversation, with Loki suspecting Freya has an interest in a new adventurer. Freya reveals she wants to give the boy trials to help him grow, hinting at her intentions.
