Summary

Li Xue Feng, after being beaten at the South City Market, calls his uncle, Zhang Suo, the chief of the South City precinct, to report the incident. Zhang Suo arrives with police officers, and Li Xue Feng accuses Chen Fan, who is sitting calmly, of the assault. Zhang Suo expresses concern for Li Xue Feng and orders ice for his injuries. As tensions rise, Zhang Wan Tian, another powerful figure and Zhang Suo's superior, arrives and demands Chen Fan's arrest. Chen Fan, unfazed, defies them, leading to a confrontation where he skillfully defends himself against the officers. Zhang Wan Tian, frustrated, threatens Chen Fan with a gun.
