Summary

In the Jiaofangsi, the name of the poetic martial artist Li Mu brought hope to the maids, especially after Hua Xiang Rong's victory. Li Mu confronts a short-haired maid, Lu Sheng Nan, who naively asks for freedom without understanding her precarious situation. He scolds her for her foolishness and highlights the dangers she and the other maids face outside. Despite her desperate promises, Li Mu remains skeptical of her intentions. As the auction progresses, Li Mu supports Shangguan Yu Ting's compassionate actions in rescuing innocent women. He offers Lu Sheng Nan a chance to regain her strength, but she realizes her worth compared to Hua Xiang Rong, leading to her embarrassment.
