Summary

Shi Mu finds himself in a chaotic mist, confronted by two giant serpentine projections: one glowing with white light and the other a massive Aoi-scaled serpent. As they attack, his three-headed fierce serpent ally bravely defends him but soon becomes overwhelmed. In a moment of desperation, a projection of a white ape emerges from Shi Mu's soul, scaring off the Aoi-scaled serpent and defeating it. The three-headed serpent grows stronger by consuming the defeated foes, and Shi Mu is filled with hope. However, he then loses consciousness. Upon waking, he discovers Yan Luo has significantly advanced in power, while Cai Er, the parrot, expresses concern for him. Shi Mu finds magical artifacts on Zha Gu's corpse, including a storage ring filled with valuable items, and a map of the barbarian wilderness. As he recuperates, Yan Luo returns to the realm of the dead, and Shi Mu and Cai Er set off together, discussing their experiences and the mysterious Moonlight Cult.
