Chapter 221: Honeycomb Meteorite. [221]

Summary

In a dark cave, a colossal meteorite, resembling a giant wasp nest, astonishes a group of explorers. They discover its surface riddled with large holes and realize it's embedded deep underground. Chen Wen Jin identifies it as the "heavenly stone," linked to ancient meteorite impacts. As they venture closer, they encounter grotesque stone pillars, resembling tentacles, formed by the meteorite's heat. At the top, they find a sacrificial altar with a throne, where a lifelike female corpse in elaborate attire sits, her face pale and covered in a gelatinous substance. The explorers are left in awe and fear, questioning the identity of the figure.
