Summary

Xing Jue boldly claims Tianfeng Mountain as his territory, instilling fear among the leaders of six major forces. A red-robed man challenges him but is swiftly killed by Xing Jue, who demonstrates his overwhelming power. The remaining leaders, realizing the threat, submit to Xing Jue's authority. He announces plans to establish a new force in three months and requests their assistance in notifying nearby factions. The defeated red-robed man's subordinates kneel before Xing Jue, eager to join his emerging power. With the help of 10,000 craftsmen, construction of his envisioned force begins rapidly, as surrounding factions seek to curry favor with him.
