After being rejected for marriage, I can no longer hide my identity as a poetry immortal.
Chapter 22: The mountain is not high; it is famous if there are immortals. The water is not deep; it is spiritual if there are dragons. [22]
Summary
Ye Tian impresses Lin Wan and Zhao Qing Huan with his writing of "Inscription Of The Humble Room," a classic piece he admires for its simplicity. They praise his talent, speculating it could rank highly in the Mingyue Tower's literary standings. After they leave, Ye Tian hears a neighbor, Meng Qian, introducing herself. She is polite and inviting, asking for his help in the future. They agree to meet later for pastries she bought. Ye Tian prepares to visit her, feeling it would be rude to decline her invitation. The chapter concludes with Ye Tian heading to Meng Qian's home.Full content
