Summary
In a dilapidated convenience store, a group discovers a frail girl who claims to be the clerk. She appears emaciated and covered in filth, with vacant eyes and a disturbing demeanor. As they inquire about supplies, she insists on leading them to "needles and thread," despite her unsettling behavior. The group hesitates but is drawn in by her insistence. Inside, they find a room with a bubbling pot and a pool of blood. The clerk excitedly presents a rusty fishhook and tangled fishing line as the only available "needles and thread."
