Entering Dao from Infancy

Chapter 22: Li Tian Gang's Fury [216]

Summary

In Liangzhou, Li Tian Gang, a Marshal in golden armor, reflects on the peaceful Longguan Road, now threatened by demons after the deaths of his brothers. He acknowledges his sister, Li Hong Zhuang, who bravely defends against the demonic forces. Despite the heavy losses reported, he feels a mix of nostalgia and pride as he approaches Cangya City to see his son, Li Hao, who is now known as Major General Haotian. Upon arriving, he encounters a tea stall owner who mistakenly believes the area is safe due to the new command at Tianmen Pass. Li Tian Gang, however, remains cautious. As he enters the city, he observes its prosperity and the harmony between nobles and commoners, but is frustrated by the lack of recognition from the guards at his son's residence. Inside the simple courtyard, Li Hao's clone, unaware of his father's identity, confronts Li Tian Gang, leading to a tense exchange. The clone refuses to acknowledge the urgency of Li Hao's situation, resulting in a confrontation. Feng Bo Ping intervenes, warning against harming the clone while Li Hao remains trapped in the River of Death, highlighting the stakes of their conflict.
