Summary

The city quieted after Liu Hao Jie and Tang Feng captured a criminal mastermind, but new troubles arose with bizarre disappearances of influential figures. Investigating, they received a mysterious letter instructing them to follow its directions. This led them to an abandoned factory where they were ambushed by men in black. After a fierce battle, a masked individual revealed he had kidnapped the missing people and demanded they retrieve a document from the police station. They feigned compliance, but discovered a spy within the police. Ultimately, they set a trap, capturing the masked man and uncovering a larger conspiracy manipulating influential figures.
