Summary

Ba Lang presents Zhao Xiaomin with a Gathering Spirit Ring for spell storage, which she initially misinterprets as a proposal. The narrator feels envious of Luo's gift and receives a carving knife used by Dayu, which seems useless. Ba Lang, sensing the unfairness, gifts a space ring for storage. He reveals he won't join them in a dangerous location filled with corpses, sharing a cautionary tale about a dragon turtle and a merit tablet.
