Summary

In the story, Song Huai Shan sees off Lin Ning and Wang Xiazi at the village entrance. Wang Xiazi struggles with his load, while Lin Ning insists it's part of his qi training. After a tiring journey, they return late to Qingtan. Zhao Jing Wei, waiting for Lin Ning, reluctantly helps carry items inside. A humorous exchange ensues, culminating in Lin Ning hugging Zhao Jing Wei, who initially resists but softens. The next day, Lin Jing Jing expresses her desire for Lin Ning to attend a parent-teacher meeting, which he agrees to, making her happy. Meanwhile, Lin Ning enjoys a carefree day, but Wang Xiazi's focus on drawing a protective talisman is interrupted by a distress call about a missing person. Lin Ning advises Wang Xiazi to remain calm, humorously deflecting the situation.
