Summary

Shi Mu wakes up from a strange dream and reflects on his recent journey with his companions, including Jin Xiao Chai and the parrot Cai Er. After two months of travel through the Black Stone Mountain Range, they reach a valley entrance but discover a warning stone indicating the presence of Zha Gu, an Earth-level expert from the Fierce Snake Tribe, who is searching for Shi Mu. Despite the danger, Jin Xiao Chai insists on staying to help Shi Mu, but he urges her to leave for their sect's mission. As they part ways, Shi Mu prepares to confront Zha Gu, who soon appears. A fierce battle ensues, with Shi Mu attacking Zha Gu with a powerful saber technique. Zha Gu, however, showcases his formidable abilities, summoning a giant serpent projection. Just as Zha Gu is about to retaliate, Yan Luo, a skeletal ally of Shi Mu, intervenes, allowing Shi Mu to escape while Zha Gu is injured by Yan Luo's attack.
