Summary

Su Lan recalls that Elder Yang from the Heavenly Secret Team handled the establishment of the Nineteenth Bureau. Yue Chen, feeling frustrated, thanks Su Lan for her help. Elder Yang, dismissive and disdainful, refuses to acknowledge a past favor owed to Yue Chen. Su Lan later informs Yue Chen about a cultivator in the Heavenly Secret Team who has information on the Blood Clan, leading to a meeting where she provides him with a booklet detailing the Blood Clan's history and connections. Yue Chen discovers that the Third Young Lady of the Cao family in Hong Kong may be linked to the Blood Clan and realizes she was transformed by Cen Jixing. He learns about a stronghold at 58 Zhongshan Road in Hong Kong and requests Su Lan's help in obtaining a Hong Kong passport to investigate further.
