Chapter 211: Divine Descent. [211]

Summary

Three days later, Han Feng Xue is invited to the Temple of Rain, where he is confronted by an elder who accuses him of killing Ye Qin. Despite his rank as a Martial Emperor, Han Feng Xue feels powerless against the elder, who reveals himself to be a ninth-tier powerhouse. As he is taken to see the Temple Master, Han Feng Xue learns of the turmoil caused by Ye Qin's death. In the grand hall, he meets Ye Qin's mother, who demands to know how her daughter died. Han Feng Xue, warned by his teacher not to reveal the truth, refuses to answer, leading to increased pressure from the mother. In a moment of desperation, he crushes a crystal pearl, summoning Jian Wu Ming, a Martial God, who intervenes. The Rain God then appears, commanding respect and defusing the situation. After leaving the temple, Han Feng Xue expresses gratitude to Jian Wu Ming, who advises him on how to access the Tian En Outer Land through the Dan Temple. Han Feng Xue realizes he must find something valuable to exchange for passage. He also learns that his teacher was aware of Ye Qin's significance and had orchestrated this encounter to demonstrate the power dynamics in the continent.
