Chapter 211: Choices and Sacrifices. [211]
Summary
In a snowy landscape, Xuanzang travels with his companions, including Sun Wukong and a dragon. They seek shelter from the cold and discover a cave, only to find it occupied by a large, intelligent White Tiger. Initially startled, Xuanzang tries to negotiate with the tiger after realizing they've intruded on its territory. The tiger demands compensation for the disturbance, leading to a tense exchange. Ultimately, the tiger finds little of value in their belongings and settles on taking a robe and staff, which are precious gifts from the Buddha, leaving Xuanzang in a dilemma about their fate.Full content
