Summary

In Xing Luo City, originally a barren land plagued by ice storms, exiles from the Great Qian World settled after being blocked by the Ice Valley. A meteor transformed the land, allowing cultivation and leading to the creation of the Southern Vermilion Bird Flame of Li Formation. This formation became central to the city's defenses.
