Summary

Chu Mo continues his journey with a Big Rooster and a Little Shiba Inu, who are natural adversaries. After ten days, they reach the imperial capital of Great Qi, where Chu Mo worries about the impending conflict with Great Xia. He meets Wang Dafa, who provides him with a powerful ally, Zhao Er, a Bronze steward from Azure Dragon Hall. Despite the chaos following Azure Dragon Hall's destruction, Zhao Er is loyal to Wang Dafa and recognizes Chu Mo's authority through a special token. After reading a secret letter from Wang Dafa, Zhao Er pledges to assist Chu Mo in gathering vital intelligence within two days.
