Summary

In the Sky Dome, three disciples of Bai Chen—Xian Yue, Zhuo Xian, and Bai Lian—gather in Zhuo Xian's cave to discuss pressing matters. Bai Lian, despite her ethereal demeanor, appears weary. They consult the Wind Language Disk, a powerful artifact, to communicate with their Master, Bai Chen. Xian Yue reports on the troubling actions of the Demon Sect and requests Bai Chen's presence at the upcoming sect evaluation meeting to deter potential threats. Bai Chen agrees but expresses concern over the lack of leads on the Demon Sect's schemes. Xian Yue assures him he is investigating two recent incidents linked to the sect. After their discussion, Bai Lian leaves, and Xian Yue and Zhuo Xian ponder her potential future as a leader. The next day, a gallows appears at the Kunlun Mountain gate, drawing a large crowd, including members of the Demon Sect, Fan Tui and Chen He, who express their unease. Old Ma and Liu Chen observe the scene, noting the unusual public display of a captured Demon Sect spy. The atmosphere intensifies as He Yi, a commanding figure, approaches the gallows, declaring the captured spies deserving of death, igniting excitement among the crowd.
