Summary

Xu Shenji and Xu Ling Er, feeling desperate, seek help in Chang'an city. They encounter the Flying Hamagura, who reveals that the only person capable of assisting them is known as Big Brother, the ruler of the underground city where various outcasts gather. To meet him, they need an introduction from someone in the martial arts world. Despite the Flying Hamagura's reluctance, Xu Ling Er intimidates him into leading them to the underground city. Once there, they witness a chaotic scene filled with all sorts of people and goods. They learn that Big Brother requires favors in return for help, which could range from simple tasks to dangerous demands. Eventually, they gain entry to meet Big Brother, who emerges from a stone coffin, revealing a pale figure who laments not having been Big Brother for many years.
