Summary

Li Su's reaction to the little puppy left Wang Zhi and others aghast. The puppy, not more than a month old, was adorable and polite. Li Su decided it was his and played with it. Then, he noticed Wang Zhi and a dignified man behind him, who was eye-catching with a cold and aloof expression and a face covered in bruises. Li Su showed respect and examined him, thinking he might be a capable person. He nodded, and Wang Zhi explained how he met Zheng Xiao Lou, the dignified man. Zheng Xiao Lou was a helper of an enemy, but Wang Zhi offered him silver to betray his ally. Zheng Xiao Lou wasn't moved, but eventually agreed after being beaten by Wang Zhi's men. Li Su was disappointed, thinking Zheng Xiao Lou's ability to withstand a beating wasn't useful. Zheng Xiao Lou left, taking the puppy, and Li Su panicked, shouting for him to leave the dog alone. Li Su's underlings charged towards Zheng Xiao Lou, but the outcome is unknown.
