Summary

At dawn, the Black Water Army, led by Du Heng, set out to confront roving bandits near Qishan Mountain. Despite the recruits' inexperience, they marched swiftly, aiming to eliminate the bandits causing trouble for locals. Meanwhile, the notorious bandit leader, Half Moon, remained unaware of the approaching soldiers. As the Black Water Army neared, a scout alerted them that the bandits they sought were indeed the Half-Moon Bandits. Realizing the danger, Commander Wei Chi Lin dispatched elite cavalry to support Du Heng. As tensions mounted, Half Moon prepared her bandits for an imminent confrontation with the approaching soldiers.
