Summary

Yue Chen boards an interstellar train to New Nia, filled with unanswered questions. The train unexpectedly stops at a spaceport, Fei Niu Er, known for its mining operations and slave labor. An informant named "David" reveals that passengers are growing restless due to a war erupting in New Nia space, causing the train to dock. Yue Chen attempts to contact Long Hu Zi but faces communication issues, leading him to suspect something has changed in New Nia. He finds outdated news about an explosion near Victoria Port and learns of a humanitarian mission by the Huo Jia commercial alliance to rescue an alien race. With no leads, Yue Chen realizes he must wait, as his own resources are insufficient for interstellar travel.
