Summary

Mu Zi and his companions, Wang Zhong and Ai E Luo Si, discover a new passage after the Sphinx falls, leading them to three mysterious portals resembling rippling water. Mu Zi recognizes the script on the portals as related to the language of the undead, specifically the legendary Floating Life Gate, which tests souls. Each portal corresponds to one of them, indicating a trial they must face. Mu Zi explains the dangers of the deeper layers of the spirit world, where one could become lost permanently. Ai E Luo Si, eager for strength and knowledge, decides to enter one of the doors, followed by Mu Zi. Wang Zhong reassures his companion Xin Ba as they step through the Floating Life Gate into darkness, ready to face the unknown challenges ahead.
