Summary

In a deserted village, A Ming and Zhao Jing find themselves held captive by Xiao Lu, who has prepared a separate sleeping arrangement for each. Both plead for their release, expressing desperation and exhaustion. Xiao Lu, however, is determined to use them as leverage against Qian Hao, ensuring they remain confined while she monitors his family's movements. Despite their attempts to persuade her, she remains skeptical of their promises to keep quiet. Meanwhile, Xiao Lu receives a call from her brother, threatening her parents' safety if she doesn't comply with his demands, adding to her sense of isolation and danger.
