Summary
Tie Xin Yuan bypasses the main road and climbs into the Zhuangzi, dissatisfied with its lack of security. He visits the western courtyard, home to six girls, including Rou Mei and Rou Niang. Despite their disabilities, Tie Xin Yuan encourages them to be self-reliant. Rou Niang, abandoned by her parents due to her teeth, is reassured by Tie Xin Yuan that she can stay at the Zhuangzi. Meanwhile, a conflict arises involving Qiao, Liu Er, and Wang Po Xi. Tie Xin Yuan resolves it by offering Liu Er a cow, emphasizing neighborly support.
