Summary

A Zhi and Xia You Ren reluctantly departed, reminding Ze Sheng to care for Jiu Shu. Ze Sheng felt compelled to stay and fulfill his promise to exterminate Hopping Vampires. Jiu Shu provided him a money sword, but Ze Sheng preferred to rely on police weapons. As they faced newly transformed Hopping Vampires, the police intervened, but Jiu Shu insisted on treating the bitten victims. Tragically, Jiu Shu discovered his daughter and others murdered by the little Hopping Vampire, which had escaped. Fueled by grief, Jiu Shu vowed to find and eliminate the creature, enlisting Ze Sheng's help. They sought clues from the child who sheltered the vampire, hoping to track it down.
