Summary

Chu Tian breaks Zhong Da Gou's leg as punishment for his continued gambling, warning him not to gamble again in Biao Zhou City. Chu Tian then heads to the fish market, where he is greeted by fishmongers and buyers. As the head of the fish market, he oversees the transactions and ensures everything runs smoothly. A short, stout old man in a light green silk robe arrives, seeking to buy rare fish for a "Dragon Gate Feast" at Biao Mountain Academy. The old man offers 30 taels of gold as a deposit and requests 10 one-foot-long golden-scaled carps to be delivered within three days. Chu Tian is intrigued by the request, particularly when he learns that the old man's young master is Ling Yue, the cousin of the Chu family in Biao Zhou.
