Summary

Duan Tianlang, the commander, orders Lin Feng to shut up, but Lin Feng refuses, saying he's only there to assist and protect the princess, not to join the army. Duan Tianlang tries to punish Lin Feng for disobedience, but Duan Xinye, the princess, intervenes, and Lin Feng leaves with his companions. Duan Tianlang orders his soldiers to shoot arrows, but Duan Xinye threatens to kill them if they do. Lin Feng and his group escape into the city, where they meet Liu Cang Lan, who reveals that Duanren City is not under attack and that the royal family is trying to seize power from him.
