Summary

In this chapter, Scorpion Thirty-Six visits Chu Tian, who is practicing alchemy and lamenting the failure of his attempt to refine the valuable Ten-Thousand-Year Elixir. Scorpion Thirty-Six expresses interest in the elixir and invites Chu Tian to join him and others for a fishing trip near Jin Ya Island. They set sail, and Chu Tian learns about the Old Xiong Clan's black bears, which can transform into bear demons in times of conflict. As they fish and drink, Chu Tian becomes suspicious of the wine offered by Scorpion Thirty-Six, suspecting it to be poisoned with venom from the Silver-scaled Red sea snake. His suspicions are confirmed when Old Hei Xiong and his subordinates collapse from the poison. Scorpion Thirty-Six then reveals his true intentions, inviting Chu Tian to become the chief worshiper of Silver Moon Island, as enchanting women emerge from the cabin.
