Summary

In the Qingfeng Empire's capital, a group of riders transports three serpent-like captives, including Arnie and Yu Fu, who are anxious about their imprisoned father, Yu Feng. They marvel at the city's grandeur but are soon confronted by powerful figures, including a seventh-grade Battle Saint and a seventh-grade spirit beast. As they navigate the capital's dangers, reports of escalating tensions and battles among Battle Saints reach General Xiao Meng, who feels increasingly unsettled.
