Summary

Inside the Divine Sect, Yi Fan and Xuan Jian arrive at the eerie Gathering Soul Hall, where they sense a hidden danger. They spot gray-robed figures, which Xuan Jian identifies as phantoms created from the Nascent Souls of cultivators. Suddenly, the Bone Fan Scholar, Wuhun, appears and commands the phantoms, causing chaos as they reveal their grotesque forms. Meanwhile, the Old Ghost of the Withered Tree captures Yi Fan's name and uses it to manipulate two characters, Ming and Meng Yao, while a little white fox escapes, igniting a blue flame and dashing into the forest.
