Summary

In the morning at Xinglong Inn, Su Bai and Xiao Li Yu are disturbed by persistent knocking from Ming Zhu Jun Zhu, disguised as a boy. After a brief confrontation, she expresses her anger at Su Bai for lying about his whereabouts and thanks him for saving her. Despite her attempts to engage him, Su Bai wants nothing to do with her and tries to leave. As they walk through Luoyang, Ming Zhu Jun Zhu follows, asking questions, while Su Bai remains annoyed. Eventually, they stop at a teahouse where Ming Zhu Jun Zhu offers to pay for food. Su Bai seizes the opportunity to inquire about Ji Gui, a scholar, and learns that Ming Zhu Jun Zhu knows him, revealing crucial information.
