Summary

Zero, after treating the injured Mao Nü, steps into a bustling city where he encounters a deceitful woman trying to swindle him. He cleverly avoids trouble by giving her a fake magic crystal. Observing a crowd around an elderly man, Zero recognizes the man’s vitality and chooses not to intervene. A feigned angry man approaches Zero, but he diffuses the situation by offering a magic crystal, which the man accepts. Later, Mao Nü, who cannot speak, communicates with Zero telepathically, warning him about the villains in the city. She offers him a place to stay, showing her concern for his well-being.
