Summary

In a violent attack at Zakhaev International Airport, Makarov and his heavily armed group, including undercover U.S. Ranger Dave, execute a brutal massacre of civilians. Despite his initial hesitation, Dave is forced to comply with Makarov's orders, even killing a little girl. As the chaos unfolds, they retrieve heavy weaponry and engage Russian police, who are quickly overwhelmed. Makarov, having achieved his goal, betrays Dave by shooting him as a signal for their escape, using Dave's identity to incite conflict between Russia and America.
